What I Do
I work independently with fashion brands, non-profits, and coalitions on short-term, clearly scoped engagements at the intersection of research, strategy, and supply chain sustainability. My role is to translate complex, on-the-ground realities—from farms to factories—into structured insights, aligned stakeholders, and concrete next steps. Typical work includes research design and synthesis, workshop and session design, and strategic project support for sustainability teams navigating challenges such as decarbonization, traceability, supplier engagement, data quality, and incentive alignment across the supply chain. Most projects are time-bound with defined outputs; I also support teams on a limited retainer basis when continuity or follow-through is needed. I’m best suited for teams seeking thoughtful, execution-aware support that helps move sustainability work from intention toward informed action.
