Supplier-Led Insights to Inform Brand Decarbonization Strategy
Ongoing engagement | 2026
This project sits within an ongoing sustainability collaboration between a global apparel brand and a non-profit organization, focused on understanding how decarbonization efforts are experienced and constrained at the supplier level.
The engagement centers supplier perspectives as a critical input into sustainability strategy, grounding ambition in operational reality rather than top-down implementation models.
I am supporting this initiative as an independent contributor, playing a central role in shaping the research approach, session design, and synthesis of insights across stakeholder groups. My work spans research design, facilitation support, and the translation of qualitative input into structured, decision-relevant outputs. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution, I help structure conversations between brand and supplier stakeholders to surface real constraints and move discussion toward actionable direction.
The work is intentionally structured to avoid extractive consultation, focusing instead on shared priorities, actionable research questions, and near-term pathways that reflect both brand ambition and supplier realities.
